Stop looking at reviews, this is the place you’re looking for. If you want something overpriced, that smells like cigarettes get a room at one of the numerous casinos in Reno. If you want a quality stay with an amazing staff, book yourself a room at Kramer’s Midtown. I’ve stayed at Kramer’s numerous times over the last year, and have reframed from making a review until now. To start off, the rooms are superbly nice, well furnished, and clean. For the price I can personally guarantee that you’re not going to find anything within the Reno-sparks area that will beat it. Each room contains everything that you’ll need for your stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are always cleaned to an otherworldly standard. Located at the front of the motel is the Clubhouse, every morning when my girlfriend and I stay here we go down to the club house for an amazing cup of coffee and a quick game of pool. However, ever with the Amazing value, cleanliness, and general presentation of Kramer’s what really sets them apart is their customer service. For starters, “Chris” who is the manager of Kramer’s is awesome. The dude has replied to my messages at 3am before. He’s always extremely responsive and easy to contact. Chris is to Hotel Hospitality as Bon Jovi is to rock. Weirdly, on our last stay at Kramer’s we actually met Dr.Kramer, who is owner of Kramer’s midtown at an amazing bar called The Chapel. He was an extremely genuine guy, and just the type of person I would imagine owning such an amazing establishment. Hats off to Kramer’s and their amazing staff. You guys kill it!

I stayed at Kramers Midtown a few months ago and just booked a second stay. I really enjoyed the stay and have been looking forward to a return trip. Kramers is not a typical hotel so do your homework on their website ahead of time as it might not be the best fit for everyone. I would call it a self service stay like a mix of a hotel stay and a stay at an airbnb. I think it's a great concept and very comfortable in a good location for visiting Reno. The rooms are well planned out and the clubhouse is a nice plus. When we ran into the staff they were super helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to the next stay!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Kramer's. Self check-in was easy, reserved directly with the property. Thank you, Elizabeth! The room was light & bright. Our studio suite had a full kitchen although we did not use the luxury. Locale was good. The only down was the shower lacked running hot water. As we were in late at night & out early, we didn't contact management. We made it work.

Booked the place through Airbnb. I've never been to Reno so I did not have any expectations, I just thought that the room was nice in the picture. Stayed for a week from March 28th - April 4th and I love it! The check-in process was seamless, the room has a very complete amenities and a working air con that can also serve as a heater and there's also a high-speed wifi. It is close to several restaurants and Fedex (in case you need to print or something). The rapid station is just in front and on the left side, and it is close to the big casinos.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend for my cheer competition. The room was so much nicer than expected; it came with kitchen appliances unlike other hotels and we were given fast responses by the virtual office. Will definitely stay here my next visit to Reno.

OMG, I cannot thank Kramer's enough for rescuing me from Legacy "Vacation" "Resort", where I had no heat in my room on the cold night I checked in (there is NO excuse for that). Elizabeth saved me with a quick virtual check-in, and I am now sitting here, warm and comfy on my rad Murphy bed as I write this review. Love the decor! I am totally returning next visit to Reno! I've been coming to Reno for 30 years to visit family, and this is unequivocally my New Best Place to Stay!

My family and I stayed here for 1 week and we loved it. Close to everything, easy access and the place is clean and has everything you need. The employees are friendly and welcoming. One of the employees I think his name was Andre was very accommodating and more than willing to help whenever we needed something. 10/10 recommend. Cant beat the price either.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend staycation, and we loved it! The check in and check out process was so easy and hands off. I loved only having a code for our room instead of having to carry a key around all the time. It was nice to have the clubhouse available to hang out in and play pool. The room was clean, and the bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be. All staff were so helpful and kind. It was wonderful to stay in a motel in Midtown and be able to walk to our favorite restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying at Kramer’s!
